Painted Sign - DIY Workshop

You will be makng your choice of these signs!

Choose the one you want to make - they vary between 20" - 30" wide, depending on style. We provide the wood, paint, tools and instructions.
This project should about 2 hours.

Please let us know which sign you want to make by June 10th and any
customization needed - such as your choice of colors and last name.

Hanging Terrarium Workshop

In this workshop you will design an 11" by 4 1/2" hanging terrarium with succulents. We have a large selection of plants to choose from. Adding to your design we will help you pick out the perfect accessories. We have green sheet moss, chartreuse reindeer moss, coffee colored Spanish moss, oak moss, branched lichen wolfen, mood moss, sea glass, stones & pebbles. This terrarium can be hung outdoors or indoors. Sunlight should be indirect and it should be kept away from rain. Everything is included in the cost.

Class size is limited to 12, pre registration is required.
Approximately 1 1/2 hours required.

 

Pounded Flower Cards Workshop
(if only nature had a hammer!)

Note cards created from arranging flowers and weeds on card stock, layering materials, and then transferring the color to the card by pounding with a hammer. Flower material is then brushed away, leaving only it's varying degrees of pigment color on the card forming unique and interesting floral designs. Finishing details added with black defining marker.

PLEASE BRING A HAMMER - may do multiple cards

Draped Hypertufa Planter Workshop

This workshop is great fun but extremely messy, so dress accordingly!

You will be making a draped hypertufa planter approximately 10"x 11" to take home. All the materials will be included except your gloves. With this hands on workshop and written formulas and instructions, you can experiment making many different sizes at home.

Each participant needs to bring a heavy duty pair of rubber gloves.

Class size is limited to 12, pre registration is required.
Approximately 1 1/2 hours required.

Succulent Moss Turtle Workshop

In this workshop you will plant a moss stuffed 8" turtle with Hens & Chicks. This cute little guy will be a great accent to your patio area or garden and will last for years.

We will instruct you on how to plant and care for your new turtle, then you can name him or her!

Class size is limited to 12, pre registration is required.
